Valente NRG was established to accelerate India’s clean energy transition by identifying high-potential land parcels and enabling structured land acquisition and leasing partnerships between farmers and leading EPC developers. The company works with prominent organisations such as Adani Power, Tata Power, ANAYA Power, IRCON, Canadian Solar, and other major renewable energy stakeholders across India.
Recognising both the financial vulnerability of farmers and the scale-related land challenges faced by EPC companies, Mr. Pranav Sharma pioneered a co-development model that delivers long-term value for all stakeholders. Through an expert-led approach, Valente NRG facilitates land aggregation and lease-based acquisition from farmers—primarily utilising less fertile land—while enabling EPC companies to establish large-scale solar and wind energy projects. This model ensures farmers benefit from a stable, recurring income while retaining legal ownership of their land.
To further support the development of mega renewable projects in remote regions, Valente NRG also contributes to essential on-ground infrastructure including access roads, drainage systems, pipelines, boundary development, and street lighting. By bridging execution gaps and enabling faster project readiness, the company strengthens the ecosystem required for renewable energy expansion.
As of 2025, Valente NRG has enabled 6,000+ MW of solar and wind energy development across 25,000+ acres, contributing significantly to emission reduction and national sustainability goals. With expanding capabilities in land aggregation, project facilitation, and infrastructure enablement, Valente NRG continues to scale rapidly.
