In 2018, Mr. Sharma established Valente NRG, a renewable energy initiative that has produced over 6,000 MW of solar and wind power across 18,000+ acres, benefitting 25,000+ farmer families. Through an innovative co-development model, Valente NRG has provided sustainable income to farmers while reducing 4.38 M tonnes of carbon emissions, contributing significantly to the country’s green energy goals.

The same year, he launched Swarna Griha, an affordable housing initiative designed to make quality homes accessible to Indian families. With over 1,000 homes delivered and 3,000+ currently under development, Swarna Griha is helping fulfil the dream of homeownership for many, without compromising on quality or amenities.
