Valente NRG was founded as an initiative to develop clean energy solutions by identifying potential land banks and facilitating land acquisition between farmers and leading EPC companies such as Adani Power, TATA Power, ANAYA Power, IRCON, Canadian Solar, and others across India.
Recognizing the financial distress faced by farmers and the challenges of EPC companies, Pranav Sharma created a co-development model. This model involved assembling a team of experts to facilitate land acquisition on lease from farmers, while enabling EPC companies to establish large-scale solar and wind energy projects. By utilizing less fertile land, this initiative not only provided farmers with a sustainable source of income but also allowed them to retain ownership of their land.
To address the infrastructure challenges of setting up mega energy projects in remote areas, Valente NRG played a crucial role in developing essential infrastructure such as roads, sewers, pipelines, boundary walls, and street lighting, facilitating the growth of energy projects. This innovative approach created a sustainable WIN-WIN model, benefiting both farmers and EPC companies while contributing to the nation’s green energy goals.
As of 2024, Valente NRG has produced 6,000+ MW of solar and wind energy across 25,000+ acres of land, reducing carbon emissions by 4.3 million kilotonnes. The company has expanded significantly in energy production, land acquisition, and carbon emission reduction.
With Pranav Sharma’s vision of clean, sustainable energy, Valente NRG aims to further transform India’s energy landscape, helping drought-stricken farmers while generating clean energy. With such remarkable growth and an unwavering commitment, Valente NRG plans to double its energy output by 2026, accelerating progress toward a sustainable tomorrow.
